Much can be remedied by telephone or direct connection to the robot. We help to troubleshoot and get production started again as soon as possible if there is a production stop due to the robot.
Service at least once a year is important to be able to drive as smoothly as possible. Here, the robot is inspected from head to toe, lubricated and checked for leaks and wear. An adequate report will be prepared after the visit. We will suggest the purchase of various spare parts that would make sense to have in stock at the company, in case of breakdown.
The company will be contacted once a year by D3 System, to make it known that it is time for the annual service.
It is often the painting process that is the bottleneck in production. A stop can get really expensive. Call us, then we will control the service intervals on the robot.
